MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy stock when required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will:
- Pick items from shelves according to order specifications.
- Ensure orders are picked accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, unpack and inspect incoming stock.
- Check stock for accuracy and quality.
- Shelve and organise products in the warehouse.
- Maintain clean and organised packing and shelving areas.
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Perform other warehouse duties to support daily operations.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Applicants should be comfortable with:
- Working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Standing and walking for extended periods.
- Lifting and moving stock.
- Using personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Working efficiently as part of a warehouse team.
