To maximise sustainable liquor shop sales by:

• Supporting, monitoring and co-ordinating the effective management of liquor shop staff
• Assuring reliable stock availability
• Minimising shrinkage and wastage
• Meeting and exceeding customer expectations

• Liquor product knowledge such as beer, wine, brandy and whisky
• Safety standards in liquor stores and the discipline to enforce them
• Knowledge of the National Liquor Act of 2003
