Core Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate ticket sales, sale of smart playing cards, and a number of tickets to the public
Responsible for receiving, balancing, and getting ready monies for deposits
Handle enquiries with regards to fares
Completion of cashbook and passenger records on excel spreadsheet for month-to-month reporting purposes
Archiving of all applicable documentation for audit and report purposes
Responsible for specific bus appointment administration
Responsible for the neatness and cleanliness of the cashier workplace and vicinity utilized by means public.
Receive contributors of the public who announce themselves at the workplace for enquiries and complaints
Attend to telephonic enquiries and refer to the applicable stakeholders
Provide comments to any outstanding enquiries.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Interpersonal and Communication skills
1-year of the trip in a comparable environment
