Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Proven experience in cleaning and maintaining corporate office spaces.
- Previous experience receiving and welcoming guests.
- Computer literacy is an advantage.
- English language proficiency is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean offices, common areas, boardrooms, kitchens, and workstations.
- Maintain desks, chairs, shelves, blinds, coffee stations, carpets, and other office surfaces.
- Clean high-traffic areas, coffee machines, microwaves, refrigerators, and shared workstations.
- Clean and prepare boardrooms before and after meetings.
- Wash and store crockery and cutlery hygienically.
- Monitor and report stock levels of cleaning materials, refreshments, and kitchen supplies.
- Empty rubbish and recycling bins and transport waste to designated collection points.
- Vacuum carpets and perform spot cleaning.
- Prepare new offices so they are ready for incoming tenants.
- Serve tea and coffee to visitors and tenants.
- Clean restrooms, showers, glass windows, balconies, and water coolers.
- Report maintenance faults, damaged equipment, and health and safety concerns promptly.
- Assist with reception and switchboard duties when required.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Operations Manager or Centre Liaison.
