Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) – essential.
- 6 months to 1 year of retail experience.
- Luxury or fashion retail experience is preferred.
- Passion for premium fashion, footwear, and customer service.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and peak trading hours.

Key Responsibilities
1. Cash Control
- Perform cash desk duties accurately.
- Follow daily cash-control and banking procedures.
- Process manual transactions when required.
- Ensure accurate cash handling and minimise discrepancies.
2. Stock Management
- Complete daily stock procedures.
- Assist with customer orders and timely fulfilment.
- Conduct weekly stock counts.
- Keep the storeroom organised.
- Perform shoe-pairing checks to maintain stock accuracy.
3. Customer Service and Sales
- Provide an excellent shopping experience.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products.
- Develop strong customer relationships through personalised service.
- Maintain the brand’s professional and premium retail standards.
- Support store sales and daily operations.
