Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or NCV Level 4.
- A recognised three-year National Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Business Administration, Public Management, Public Administration, or an equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in a TVET environment.
Knowledge and Skills
- Basic knowledge of financial operating systems, including COLTECH.
- Basic understanding of financial functions and practices.
- Ability to capture and compile financial statistics.
- Computer literacy.
- Basic knowledge of public service financial legislation, procedures, and Treasury Regulations, including PFMA, DORA, PSA, PSR, and the Financial Manual.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and compliance of the TVET College student placement and Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) policy.
- Analyse the job market and identify scarce skills.
- Match available employment opportunities with the College’s academic programmes.
- Compile learner progress reports, statements, and results.
- Respond to student enquiries.
- Support the development and review of relevant Student Support Services (SSS) policies, processes, procedures, and job profiles.
- Provide administrative support throughout the student registration process.
