We are recruiting Professional, Guest Centric, bright and enthusiastic persons with an advantageous attitude. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, the profitable incumbent will be accountable to serve meal guides and alcoholic liquids to guests. Set tables in accordance with the kind of match and provider standards. Answer questions on menu selections. Communicate with the kitchen related to menu questions, the size of wait, re-cook orders, and product availability. Communicate extra meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and one-of-a-kind requests to the kitchen. Maintain cleanliness of work areas during the day. Complete opening and closing duties. Present bodily and correct assessments to visitors and system payment

Required Experience & Qualifications

2 years of applicable journey in a comparable role inside a 5-star inn environment
Professional and exceptional disposition
People-centric with a robust focal point on the Guest Experience Team orientated
Well-groomed look as per corporation requirements at all times
Friendly Disposition
Good verbal exchange and interpersonal abilities with staff and guests
Familiar with Cape Town’s surrounding Area
Ability to work inside a pressurized environment.
Attention to element pertaining to vicinity responsibility.
Required to work rostered shifts and irregular hours as per operational requirements
Flexible working hours as nicely as handy to work weekends, Public holidays, opening and closing shifts when rostered as per operational requirements

Key Responsibilities
