Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- 1–2 years of work experience in a factory environment.
- Ability to read and communicate effectively.
- Good time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Place shoe care components for filling.
- Fill shoe care products.
- Clean and close finished products.
- Label finished goods.
- Shrink-wrap and pack finished products.
- Maintain good housekeeping and a safe working environment.
- Follow SOPs, Health and Safety procedures, and GMP standards.
- Assist with stock takes.
- Perform ERP stock movement administration for receiving and dispatch.
- Carry out any reasonable duties assigned by supervisors.
