Requirements: A minimal of Grade 12/equivalent plus a minimum of three years experience in transport services. Computer literacy with a sensible understanding of MS package deal (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet). Ability to look into and control authorities’ cars and tractors. Must possess the capacity to Plan, Organize, Inspect and Evaluate the work of drivers. Must be in a position to work shifts (day, night, weekends, and holidays). Ability to work below pressure. Duties: Coordinate transport services. Supervise Drivers. Ensure availability of drivers and fleet schedules. Dispatching and inspecting cars and tractors daily. Ensure compliance to National Core Standards/Ideal Hospital Standard Framework and transport policies/procedures. Leave the administration of staff. Manage overall performance improvement of staff. Recommend self-discipline and enforce suitable procedures. Perform any different authentic responsibilities delegated through the supervisor.
