Description
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To coordinate office activities, provide administrative assistance and co-ordinate PS projects for the Chief Executive: People Support and the PS Senior Leaders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General management of executive’s office
Coordination of executive’s schedule
Office reception and screening of calls
Administration of monthly payments & budget control
Compilation of reports
Preparation of presentations for Executive & Senior Leaders
Planning and organising functions and meetings
Travel and accommodation arrangements
Typing of correspondence
General administration duties (ordering stationery, filing, etc)
Requirements
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
Office Management qualification or Human Resources qualification advantageous
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Assistant to senior management
Computer Literacy: Excel, Power Point, G suite advantageous
Competencies required: Service orientation, problem solving; attention to detail, decision making, stress tolerance, building and maintaining relationships and communication
