The Mvula Trust is offering Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities for unemployed youth in the Built Environment as part of its contribution to the Department of Basic Education’s SAFE Programme and its broader Human Capital Development Strategy.
Closing Date for Applications: 08 June 2025
Location: Eastern Cape, Limpopo, and KwaZulu-Natal
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: Monthly stipend will be provided
Target Group: Youth aged 18–35, with preference for women and persons with disabilities
Available Disciplines
Successful candidates will be placed at schools for 6 months in the following fields:
- Civil Engineering
- Construction Management
- Quantity Surveying
- Project Management
- Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
Minimum Requirements
- Must have a relevant qualification and be currently unemployed
- Must require In-Service Training (Work Integrated Learning) to complete a qualification
- Must be a resident of the Eastern Cape, Limpopo, or KZN
