Description

Ensure complete patron carrier in the store. Loading and merchandising of stock, shelf charge labeling, and housekeeping inside exact areas of responsibility.

Requirements
Grade 12 qualification or a minimal of 1 year of applicable work experience.
Proficiency in English and the dominant language spoken in the geographical area.
Accurate simple calculation skills.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
Ability to work successfully underneath pressure.
Job Description
Customer Service Responsibilities:

Acknowledge all Customers and investigate their needs.
Provide correct recommendation to Customers related to products.
Assist Customers with any product-related queries.
Address Customer complaints in a well timed manner.
Suggest extra income opportunities, such as complementary products (e.g., paint and paint brushes, thinners).
Ensure environment friendly Customer provider via loading purchases promptly.
Handle Customer purchases with care to keep away from harm to items or the Customer’s vehicle.
Inform Customers about extra offerings offered, including:
Delivery service/bulk deposits
Glass Cutting
Plan reading

Special orders
