Requirements: Grade 10, ABET, or authentic School report. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read and write. Ability to work under pressure and ability to perform routine tasks. Must be prepared to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and night duty. Preference will be given to the EPWP employees Employment measures could be gender and race that has got less presentation in the section. Knowledge of using cleaning equipment will serve as an advantage. In order to address the Employment Equity agenda in line with the Employment Equity Plan of the institution, preference will be given to White males and females, Indian males and females, and Coloured males and females.

Duties: Perform all cleaning service of routine nature with the utilization of various aids including cleaning floors, lift, and stairs, washing windows, and mirrors, cleaning bathrooms, and toilets, cleaning wards, management of waste, and collecting healthcare risk waste consumables, offices, and non-clinical areas within the hospital and the removal of general and medical waste in designated areas within the hospital. Perform any other cleaning activities as directed by the team leader/supervisor.
