We at RCL FOODS are in search of a Cashier to join our Baking Division. The role will be based in Rustenburg and report to the Commercial Finance Manager. RCL FOODS is looking for an incumbent to receive cash from Drivers and to make up a bank, ensuring that it balances daily and processing cash to the system.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 (with Maths and Accounting)
2-3 years experience as a Cashier or bank experience as well as general office experience
Computer literate (Word, Excel & Syspro)
Duties & Responsibilities
Receive and recount cash from drivers
Process payment against the correct driver as per receipt
Makeup bank, ensuring that it balances daily
Record cash and cheques in the cash-up summary
Keep cash shortages to a minimum
Record seal numbers in the register
