SALARY: R176 310 per annum
CENTRE: Durban Regional Office
REQUIREMENTS: A senior certificate/Grade 12 qualification with extensive working experience, and an excessive level of computer literacy, including experience in Microsoft packages. Good verbal and written conversation skills. Basic knowledge of treasury regulations and financial management, record writing, and submissions. Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, an understanding of the PFMA, and the ability to work under pressure. Good interpersonal relations skills and telephone etiquette.
DUTIES: Compile, register, boost and write reviews for the Works Management Section. Register and distribute callouts to the applicable works managers. Record quotations and invoices for Works Managers. Print, submit, and acquire photocopies and documentation to and from the registry and soft section. Fax and smartphone to affirm all suppliers’ orders for works management. Create a submitting device for all correspondence and gentle documentation. Arrange conferences and take minutes of all sectional meetings. Liaise with Chief Works Managers and Clients (external and internal). Provide admin guide for Works Managers and technical functions. Capture requisitions on the LOGIS system, Manage the glide of facts and files in the office. Tracking and record-keeping of the waft of documents.
