Requirements

Minimum educational qualification:

General Education and Training Certificate (GETC)/Grade 9 (Std 7).
Experience:

Appropriate cleaning/housekeeping and Catering experience in a creche/childcare core environment.
Inherent requirements of the job:

Willingness to operate duties at irregular hours.
Willingness to operate overtime duty.
Competencies (knowledge/skills):

Must have knowledge of how to function cleaning and catering equipment.
Good work ethics, interpersonal, organizing, and decision-making skills.
Must be capable to work in childcare surroundings and should have the ability to work in a crew and independently.
Writing and studying competencies in at least two of the three legitimate languages of the Western Cape.
Duties (key end result areas/outputs):

Responsible for usual control, organising, performing, and coordinating duties associated with linen, waste management, hygiene services, record-keeping, and inventory control.
To supply a Catering Service to the teenagers at the Childcare Centre.
Ensure protected surroundings for each body of workers and the children.
