Kitchen Sculler / Pot Washer

Job Description
The Faircape Group owns and manages six luxury retirement/lifestyle villages within the Western Cape.

We are recruiting to increase our catering crew inside the group.
We are looking for a Kitchen Sculler within our Noordhoek Manor.
This role will entail making sure that the kitchen area is saved easily and hygienically at all times.
Job responsibilities include, however, are now not confined to the following:
To make certain that the kitchen is smooth and tidy, equipment is smooth and dustbins have been emptied
Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans
Ensure fridges, home windows and partitions are easy at all times
Remove waste, setting it in particular pickup areas
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in easy and orderly condition
To adhere to the fitness and hygiene requirements in the kitchen

Experience and knowledge:

6 months’ trip in cleaning, ideally in resorts and eating places (advantageous)
Qualifications:

Relevant culinary skills would be advantageous
Skills and Attributes:

Able to work as a phase of a crew in a busy kitchen environment
Ability to comply with sanitization procedures

Ability to work to a agenda and observe directions effectively

Working conditions: 16.25 shifts a month 06h30 – 18h30 Monday-Sunday
