REQUIREMENTS: A National Senior Certificate/ Grade 12 or National Certificate Vocational (NCV) Level 4 Certificate. A diagnosed National Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Development or equal qualification (NQF Level 6). three – 5 years of applicable experience as a Human Resource Development Practitioner. Knowledge and appreciation of overall performance administration systems. Knowledge and perception of PMDS and IQMS will be an added advantage. Experience in coordination and facilitation of training. Understating of the legislative framework governing the Public Services. Skills on Coordination and facilitation of education programs, Planning, and organizing, Communication (Good verbal and written), Flexibility, Customer care services, Report writing, & Teamwork. Applicants should have an understanding of Microsoft packages, i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint as properly as MS Outlook. Valid Driver’s Licence. An applicable PERSAL Certificate will be an introduced advantage. Certificates in facilitation/ Assessor/ Moderator will be a delivered advantage.

DUTIES: Provide and facilitate the implementation of all education and improvement programmes authorized by using the college; Facilitate the improvement of Workplace Skills Plan; Manage the technique of utility and approval of bursaries. Coordinate Internship and Learnership Programmes. Provide, coordinate and Implement Performance Management and Development System, Integrated Quality Management System. Facilitate the improvement of job descriptions. Coordinate, develop, and reveal the implementation of the Employment Equity plan. Coordinate, develop, facilitate and reveal the implementation of human aid improvement approaches and plans. Conduct agency assessment and remodeling processes.
